It’s that time again. By tomorrow afternoon, if we’re awake, we’ll all be wondering how to burn off the Holiday indulgences, which will seem a little less justified. But this season has been about celebrating what remains: family, friends, food and warmth. And if we might suggest the first of your “get healthy” resolutions: look forward. You can’t un-eat all those tortillas, green chile stew, posole, turkey and cookies, and why would you want to? They were delicious!
